Members' Schedule of Events:
5:30 pm: Setup of the auditorium - administration required, members may come early for practice / to help set up!
6:30 pm: Tuning & Warmups Prior to Concert - ALL to arrive absolutely no later than 7 pm, please! Come early so you are ready if you can!
7:45 pm Clear Stage for a small break prior to the concert, doors will open to allow attendees to seat themselves
8:00 pm Concert Starts!
Other IMPORTANT Information:
Dress code is concert black or you may wear a dark blue and black ensemble. Please note, clothing should be neat, clean and professional. :)
We will be storing our instrument cases, coats, and etcetera such as keys and cellphones in the wings of the stage, off to either side. This will ensure that everything stays secure while we perform and that the stage is clear of obstructions as we will have members of our ensemble moving around between pieces to different locations based on what we are performing at that moment.
